What is BRR 2 SA?
The BRR strategy involves acquiring properties at a lower price, often below market value, and adding value through improvements or renovations before renting them out using the SA model.

We will use our network to find you a suitable property, manage the refurb and then turn it into SA through our SA management business.
What is BTL 2 SA
This is where a BTL owner coverts from the conventional tenant on an AST agreement and changes the property to an SA property

We can help BTL owner convert their property to an SA property. We help stage and manage the property to maximize the landlord returns from low cash flow to high cash flow.
What is a high interest loan agreement?
This is where an investor loans money for a fixed rate of return on their investment.

What is a JV?
