What is R 2 SA?

 R2SA stands for "Rent to Serviced Accommodation," which is a property investment strategy where an investor rents out a property on a long-term lease and then converts it into a serviced accommodation or short-term rental property for higher rental income.

We will find you a suitable property in a location that works for SA. We will also ensure you are signed up to the correct legal framework and manage setup and management of the SA property. 

What is BRR 2 SA?

 The BRR strategy involves acquiring properties at a lower price, often below market value, and adding value through improvements or renovations before renting them out using the SA model. 

How can we help?

We will use our network to find you a suitable property, manage the refurb and then turn it into SA through our SA management business. 

What is BTL 2 SA

This is where a BTL owner coverts from the conventional tenant on an AST agreement and changes the property to an SA property

How can we help?

We can help BTL owner convert their property to an SA property. We help stage and manage the property to maximize the landlord returns from low cash flow to high cash flow. 

What is a high interest loan agreement?

This is where an investor loans money for a fixed rate of return on their investment. 

How can we help?

We can offer high interest rates for money loaned to us. We will use this money to acquire properties using the BRR2SA model. Upon completion of the refinancing we will return the initial money owed plus and agreement amount of interest on top.  

What is a JV?

A JV stands for Joint Venture Partnership. We would agree the terms of the partnership to work towards a common goal. This would require setting up a company together and implementing one of the SA strategies listed above.
